Day dreams turn to night dreams,

it is there I find shadows of you.

Mingling in two separate worlds,

though both are tantamount too.

Wrapped in the sheets of comfort,

memories of sharing things yet told.

Only through your passing heart,

could all that I am, open and unfold.

Times when my wall was too high,

you became the voice in the dark.

The light at the end of a tunnel,

a touch of your hand, my spark.

How do you express to another,

they are the very air that you breathe.

Living in the simplicity of words,
