If a picture paints a thousand words
Then it's very easy to read the heart
This man he yearns to hold her close
To never more be apart
White snow so cold - Dark night so still
Yet it's warmed by the flames of desire
She aches to touch the heart of him
His lonely voice had fueled that fire
The wolf he raises his majestic head
He call's long - searching for his mate
She tries to answer crying soft and low
But with heavy heart she knows its late
Brightly the moon it shines above
Promising always its guiding light
Stumbling blindly cloaked in darkness
Was Gods help she needed tonight
Trees shadows are cast upon the snow
They hide her many tears from view
But should you happen to see her soul
You could say that once you knew
Of tender love so sweet and special
It's passion burned rare and true
She's waiting at the bridge with love
She's waiting patiently just for you.

~A Little Girls Dream~
As a young girl I used to wonder
What lay ahead in life for me
I had these dreams of what love was
How ....I thought it should be

For many hours I'd gaze at blue skies
The thoughts running through my head
I would imagine the colour of his eyes
Would his hair be brown, blonde or red?

I'd draw an imaginary face on clouds
Give him a kind and handsome smile
I knew he was going to love just me
No ..... he'd never run a mile

But all little girls must grow up
The silly dreams they have - do too
"I've wondered if love's an illusion"
"Can it ever be -- really true?"

"Could it be I never really grew up"
The girl-child dreams confusing me?
Imaginary ideals of love forever after
"Daydreams ....Images of fantasy?"

We all know love is what "WE" make it
Acts of giving and taking ---"The Reality"
Unseeing it was there all the time
Staring right back at me.
